ABOUT THE CLUB

We are based in Blandford Forum, Dorset.

Our Senior Sides play in the Dorset Premier League, and the Dorset Reserve League.

We have a Youth Section whose teams play in friendly matches or leagues run by The Dorset FA or Dorset Youth Football League. Our teams include boys & girls ranging in age from 7 to 18 years old.

We are an FA Charter Standard Club, which means our club is run to the highest possible standards with all coaches FA qualified and CRB checked.

Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
